I cant’ see any of the modules on my phone/tablet?

If you’re logged in to our Client Dashboard on your phone or on certain tablet devices, you may encounter a problem where you can’t see the video content after clicking on the module. A similar issue mighe be that when you click on a Phase, Video, or a Module, nothing shows up on your phone or a tablet device.

To solve this issue, you’ll need to click on a module and scroll all the way back up to see the video content.

This is due to the fact that the video content always appears on the top and the menu appears on the bottom. (Or sometimes vice versa).

So you’ll need to scroll all the way to top or bottom to be able to see the video module.

It may be confusing because clicking on a module doesn’t refresh the page.
