How do we reach a person for support without calling?

We have several ways for you to receive support without calling.

1. You can ask questions in our FaceBook community

2. You can access our Help Desk thru the Program dashboard. In the dashboard, you can use the BLUE SUPPORT BUTTON at the bottom right of the page. This will allow you to search for answers to your questions and send a help ticket should you not find the info you are searching for.

3. You can email your Strategist or Enrollment Specialist directly.

5. If you are unable to find info to answer your questions you can schedule a support call with

your Success Coordinator.
