What happens if we don’t qualify or are declined by the bank?

First, don’t panic as there are many options available. Immediately schedule a call with your Strategy Consultant so you can discuss why you were declined and discuss additional options. We may need to clean up some debts before being able to qualify or deal with a lien that you didn’t know about.

We need to examine why you were denied so that we may create a strategy that will fix the problem. We also have additional strategies so that you can still make progress while waiting to qualify for your HELOC.
