How do I get paid for my Referrals?

Estimated reading: 1 minute 80 views

Once you’ve made a successful referral (the referral signed up), there is a reviewing period to ensure that the referral is valid. A referral can be invalidated if the customer cancels, refunds, or files a chargeback with their credit card company. Another reason for referral invalidation is that the client has violated any part of the client agreement. To avoid this, you can help by reinforcing their decision and encouraging them to continue with our program.

Once the review period is over, you will receive your commissions either through ACH or PayPal. When you initially signed up for the referral program, you would have been asked for your preferred method for payouts.

We cannot process the payment unless you’ve set your payout accounts. PayPal payments can take 2-5 days to process. ACH payments are processed right away and may take 2-3 days for you to see the deposits.

If you did not receive your referral commission within 14 days of a successful referral, please reach out to us at support@acceleratedbanking.com.
