HELOC Tracker Chunking

Your strategist should have set you up with your baseline numbers. You will want to manage your chunking strategy in the Daily tab.

Column P tells you when to take money from the HELOC and to apply it to your principle. Columns M and N are pre-populated, but you will want to keep these updated, as they will alter when you should be pulling another chunk from your HELOC.

When you get paid, 100% of that should go toward your HELOC and should be entered into column M. When you pull money from the HELOC to pay a bill, that should go into column N. Column P tells you when you should pull money from the HELOC and will update based on what is entered into columns M and N. Only apply chunks when P tells you to do so and only in the amount stated.
